The Fort Saskatchewan Food Gatherers Society is a registered charitable organization operating The Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank, the only food bank within Fort Saskatchewan. We are a community-focused nonprofit run by caring volunteers and with the support of our loyal community.
The Fort Saskatchewan Food Gatherers Society is recruiting for the position of Executive Director.
The ideal candidate will be driven, dynamic and compassionate. The Executive Director will serve as the face of the Society and will report to the Board of Directors, while providing overall management and leadership to staff and our dedicated volunteer team.
This is a full-time position. The main areas of responsibilities are: leadership, management of all Society operations, fiscal management, community relations, and program development.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field of study and a minimum 3-5 years of non-profit management experience in an operational environment. Food Bank experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary range is dependent on experience and education.
